QA Tester (Manual)

About the role

Design and run test cases to catch issues before every release. This is a full-time position (Arlington, VA-Remote) for freshers and early-career candidates who are ready to learn quickly.

Key responsibilities

• Understand requirements and write clear test cases
• Run manual and automated tests and log defects with steps to reproduce
• Verify fixes and run regression checks before each release
• Work with developers and product owners to improve quality
• Keep test documentation and test data organised

What we are looking for

• A degree or diploma in a relevant field, or equivalent self-learning and projects
• Knowledge of testing concepts and the bug life cycle
• Experience with a bug tracker such as JIRA
• Basic understanding of SQL, APIs or test automation tools is a plus
• Careful, curious and detail-oriented
