Salesforce Consultant

About the role

Lead Salesforce implementations and advise clients on the right solution. This is a full-time position (Arlington, VA-Remote) for experienced professionals who can work independently and guide others.

Key responsibilities

• Configure objects, fields, flows, reports and dashboards
• Manage users, roles and permissions
• Gather requirements from sales and support teams
• Test changes and train users on new features
• Keep data clean and the CRM running smoothly

What we are looking for

• 4+ years of relevant hands-on experience
• Understanding of Salesforce platform and CRM concepts
• Experience with flows, validation rules and reports
• Good communication with non-technical users
• Salesforce certification is a plus
