Junior Python Developer

About the role

Build and maintain backend features and automation scripts as part of a product team. This is a full-time position (Arlington, VA-Remote) for freshers and early-career candidates who are ready to learn quickly.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and test new features and fix bugs
• Write clean, reviewed and well-documented code
• Work with designers, QA and product teams in agile sprints
• Take part in code reviews and share what you learn
• Help keep applications secure, fast and easy to maintain

What we are looking for

• A degree or diploma in a relevant field, or equivalent self-learning and projects
• Strong programming fundamentals in the stack named for this role
• Experience with Git, APIs and databases
• Ability to debug problems and write unit tests
• Good teamwork and communication
