DevOps Engineer

About the role

Automate builds, deployments and monitoring for fast-moving product teams. This is a full-time position (Arlington, VA-Remote) for experienced professionals who can work independently and guide others.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for faster, safer releases
• Containerise applications and manage environments
• Monitor systems and respond to alerts and incidents
• Automate infrastructure and configuration
• Work with developers to improve reliability and deployment speed

What we are looking for

• 3+ years of relevant hands-on experience
• Comfort with Linux, Git and scripting
• Knowledge of Docker, CI tools and cloud basics
• Understanding of monitoring and logging
• Collaborative mindset and ownership
