Data Analyst

About the role

Turn raw data into clear reports and dashboards that teams can act on. This is a full-time position (Arlington, VA-Remote) for freshers and early-career candidates who are ready to learn quickly.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, clean and analyse data from different sources
• Build reports and dashboards that answer business questions
• Write and optimise SQL queries and data models
• Check data quality and explain trends clearly to stakeholders
• Keep databases and reports reliable, secure and well documented

What we are looking for

• A degree or diploma in a relevant field, or equivalent self-learning and projects
• Good SQL and spreadsheet skills
• Experience with a BI tool such as Tableau or Power BI, or database administration tools
• Logical thinking and attention to detail
• Ability to explain data in simple words
