Cloud Support Associate (AWS)

About the role

Support AWS environments, monitor workloads and resolve customer tickets. This is a full-time position (Arlington, VA-Remote) for freshers and early-career candidates who are ready to learn quickly.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, monitor and support cloud or virtual infrastructure
• Design secure, scalable and cost-aware architectures
• Automate repetitive tasks with scripts and infrastructure-as-code
• Troubleshoot incidents and document fixes
• Advise teams on migration, backup and availability

What we are looking for

• A degree or diploma in a relevant field, or equivalent self-learning and projects
• Working knowledge of the cloud platform named for this role
• Understanding of Linux, networking and security basics
• Scripting skills and a problem-solving attitude
• Relevant certification is a plus
