Translate business needs into clear requirements and measurable outcomes. This is a full-time position (Arlington, VA-Remote) for experienced professionals who can work independently and guide others.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements and user stories
• Map processes and spot ways to improve them
• Facilitate meetings, planning and stakeholder updates
• Track progress, risks and dependencies for the team
• Support delivery with clear reports and documentation

What we are looking for

• 3+ years of relevant hands-on experience
• Strong written and spoken communication
• Understanding of agile or process-improvement methods
• Comfort with Excel, documentation and project tools
• Organised, curious and good with people
